This blog is about our trip to Ghana during the summer of 2008 to visit some of the projects run by the Presentation Brothers of Cork. The Presentation Brothers currently have missions in many areas of Ghana and are involved in a variety of projects including running schools, clinics, orphanges and street children projects. At present,there are a number of long term volunteers in Ghana as part of the Presentation Volunteer Programme. The purpose of our visit is to spend a short period of time in a few of these projects with a view to setting up a short term volunteer programme for college students
